1. Provision of 100-Boys Hostel and 150-Cadets Dining Hall at RMS Chail, Himachal Pradesh.
Mani Garg Contractor is executing the provision of a 100-boys hostel and a 150-cadets dining hall at Rashtriya Military School, Chail, Himachal Pradesh. The project involved the development of essential institutional infrastructure designed to provide comfortable residential accommodation and a well-equipped dining facility for cadets. The work emphasized quality construction, functional planning, durability, safety, and suitability for the demanding climatic conditions of the hill station, supporting the school's residential and day-to-day operational requirements.
2. Construction of Residential Towers, High Rise Building at Noble Aurellia, Sector 88, Mohali Punjab.
Mani Garg Contractor is executing the construction works for the Noble Aurellia development at Sector 88, Mohali, Punjab. The project involved the construction of high-rise residential towers comprising 2 basements, ground floor and 30 upper floors, along with commercial and non-tower structures. The development required coordinated execution of major structural and civil works with a strong focus on construction quality, safety, durability, and precision. The project reflects Mani Garg Contractor’s capability in executing large-scale residential and mixed-use developments with complex structural requirements and high construction standards.
3. Provision of Two Burning Pits at Lalgarh Jattan Military Station.
Mani Garg Contractor is executing the provision of two burning pits at Lalgarh Jattan Military Station under MES HQ CE Bathinda Zone. The project involves the development of dedicated and durable facilities designed to support safe and controlled disposal and burning operations within the military station.
4. PROVN OF ANCILLARIES STORAGE ACCN (MT) BTY CHARGING ROOM AND OTHER BUILDINGS AT KARCHAM, RAMPUR DISTT- HIMACHAL PRADESH
Mani Garg Contractor is executing the Provision of Ancillaries Storage Accommodation (MT), Battery Charging Room and Other Buildings at Karcham, Rampur, District Himachal Pradesh, under MES HQ CE Bareilly Zone.
The project includes construction of storage facilities, a battery charging room, and other supporting buildings. The work is being executed with emphasis on quality, durability, safety, and compliance with MES standards, considering the challenging terrain and environmental conditions of the region.
5. VDF Flooring – The Ananta Aspire, Zirakpur
Mani Garg Contractor is executing the VDF flooring work in the basement at The Ananta Aspire, located adjacent to HP Shiva Petrol Pump on the Zirakpur–Patiala Highway, Punjab. The project involves providing durable and high-strength Vacuum Dewatered Flooring suitable for basement and heavy-traffic areas. The work includes proper surface preparation, concrete laying, leveling, dewatering, finishing, and ensuring a smooth and long-lasting floor surface.
6. Club House Civil Works – The Ananta Aspire, Zirakpur
Mani Garg Contractor is undertaking the Balance civil works of the Club House Building at The Ananta Aspire, located adjacent to HP Shiva Petrol Pump on the Zirakpur–Patiala Highway, Punjab. The scope includes completion of pending civil construction and finishing works required for the club house. The project is being executed with emphasis on quality workmanship, proper finishing, structural durability, and timely completion to ensure the facility is ready for its intended use.
7. Residential House – Sector 42, Chandigarh
Mani Garg Contractor is executing the Construction of a G+2 residential house with complete interiors at Sector 42, Chandigarh. The project covers the complete construction and finishing of the multi-storey residence, along with interior development works. The execution focuses on quality materials, modern finishes, functional planning, and attention to detail to deliver a comfortable, durable, and aesthetically finished residential property.
8. Commercial Office Space – JLPL Sector 82, Mohali
Mani Garg Contractor is executing a Turnkey commercial office space project with interiors at JLPL, Sector 82, Mohali, Punjab. The project includes civil construction, interior works, flooring, finishing, electrical and other associated works required for a complete office setup. The turnkey approach ensures coordinated execution from construction through final finishing, delivering a modern, functional, and ready-to-use commercial workspace.
9. Residential Accommodation – Military Station Kalka
Mani Garg Contractor is executing the Provision of 04 Married Accommodation (MAJ MD ACCN) at Military Station Kalka. The project involves construction of residential accommodation along with associated civil works and essential supporting infrastructure. The work is being carried out in accordance with the prescribed specifications and standards, with particular focus on structural strength, quality construction, durability, safety, and proper finishing.
10. Lift & E/M Maintenance – Jalandhar Cantt
Mani Garg Contractor is undertaking the Comprehensive repair and maintenance of lifts and certain Electrical & Mechanical (E/M) items at G2 Pocket under GE (East), Jalandhar Cantt. The scope includes inspection, preventive maintenance, repair, servicing, and rectification of identified issues in the installed systems. The project aims to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation while maintaining the equipment in accordance with applicable maintenance and safety requirements.
11. 5-Year CMC – 41 Lifts, Punjab Government Hospitals
Mani Garg Contractor is executing a 5-year Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) for 41 lifts installed across various Government Hospitals in Punjab, manufactured by TKE Elevators. The contract includes scheduled preventive maintenance, routine inspections, servicing, troubleshooting, and necessary repairs to maintain reliable lift performance. The work places strong emphasis on operational safety, minimizing downtime, and ensuring smooth and dependable elevator services for patients, visitors, and hospital staff.
12. 5-Year CMC & Repairs – 24 + 12 Lifts, Punjab Government Hospitals
Mani Garg Contractor is executing a 5-year Comprehensive Maintenance Contract for 24 lifts along with repair works for 12 additional lifts installed across various Government Hospitals in Punjab, manufactured by Johnsons Elevators. The scope covers preventive maintenance, periodic inspections, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of lift systems and components. The project is focused on maintaining safety, reliability, performance, and uninterrupted elevator services across the participating government healthcare facilities.
